[xep-support] Serialize Generator intput and then calling the standard PDF Target

    For reason of collations I would like to be able to store the result of several transformations (<xep:document xmlns:xep="http://www.renderx.com/XEP/xep" ...) and call the standard FOTarget (PDF) in possibly in a different order (and possibly generating several copies of each of these parts).

    Storing the intermediary documents is simple enough.

    But how do I call the standard FOTarget to generate the PDF with this intermediary Source (a SAXSource) ?
