[xep-support] link placement in pdf output

    Hi,

    the RenderX link used to be in the lower left corner
    in the PDF output in earlier releases of free version
    of RenderX XEP.

    Recently it has changed somehow and now the logo is in
    the upper right corner, breaking our toolchain that
    was removing it before posting the documents (yellow
    pages) to the site.

    Is there a way to enforce backward-compatible
    behavior?
