Hi Nikoloi,
Before I start asking stupid questions. Which version of XEP is necessary.
In production we still use XEP 2.72 server edition. When

At my own machine I also have XEP 3.03 trial version, which comes with a
run.bat, transform.bat and validate.bat but not a xep.bat.
