It simply means that XEP classes are not seen from your process. Please
check
the CLASSPATH system variable: it should include XEP jars. Note that
this variable should be set system-wide: ASP scripts are normally run under
LocalSystem account. Note also that you have to restart IIS in order for
classpath variable setting to take effect.
