Please check the namespace for the rx:outline element. RenderX extensions
shall be placed to namespace "http://www.renderx.com/XSL/Extensions".

Former versions of XEP were not namespace-sensitive at all :-).
XEP 2 expected extensions to have 'rx:' prefix, and didn't care about the
namespace
ascribed to it.
