[xep-support] Error code 2

I only recently installed XEP 2.77 for XML Spy. Things worked fine the first time I used XEP, but now I get this message whenever I attempt an XSL:FO Transformation:

"Output of external XSL converter:
"Cannot spawn a new process; error code 2"

I get this message even with the Basic example files that came with XEP.

No changes at all with my system since I installed the program -- Win 98. XML Spy 4.4.
