XEP v3.5 is available for download from xAttic Software Center at http://shop.xattic.com/
This is a feature release in version 3 branch.
New in this release:
1. A subset of SVG 1.1 is supported for external and embedded vector
graphics. SVG is rendered in vector form, with no rasterization; SVG
text can be copied & searched.
2. PostScript backend is redesigned. Image processing has been greatly
improved: images are now loaded via PostScript form mechanism, saving space.
3. Support for catalogs: SAX external entity resolver and JAXP URI resolver
are made configurable.
4. Documentation now uses DocBook XSL stylesheets from DocBook Open
Repository, with customization. Customization layer stylesheets are included
in the distribution.
A number of bug fixes and documentation updates also took place.

and uploading their license key (license.txt).
